The below table sets out the fees that People Center, Inc. (Rippling) will charge you for Rippling’s sale of Airwallex’s Services to you (Rippling Fee), as well as the fees that Airwallex will charge to you as product issuer (Airwallex Fee).
The Total Fees displayed below are the aggregates of the Rippling Fee and the Airwallex Fee that will be charged to you, and are shown exclusive of GST.
You authorise Airwallex to deduct the Rippling Fee for the FX Conversions plus any applicable GST from the funds in your Wallet and direct Airwallex to pay such amounts to Rippling for its sale of the Airwallex Services to you.

Notes:
* The customer mark-up / margin will be included as the FX Exchange Rate that is used to convert one currency for another currency. If any currency is not listed, it will be treated as an “other currency”.
