YOUR ABILITY TO USE US DOLLAR FUNDS DEPOSITED INTO YOUR AIRWALLEX ACCOUNT AT EVOLVE BANK & TRUST.

Deposits may only be made by “Electronic Funds Transfer,” which includes direct deposits, Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) transfers, and wire transfers. We do not accept cash or check deposits.

Our policy is to make funds from Electronic Funds Transfers available to you the business day after the banking day on which we receive the deposit, as determined by us in accordance with applicable law. Once the funds are available, you can use them. Even after we have made funds available to you and you have used the funds, you remain responsible if any deposit to your account is returned, rejected, or otherwise uncollected by us.

For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays or holidays in which a bank in Tennessee is closed. Our cut-off hour is 4:00 p.m. Central Time. If you make a deposit before our cut-off hour on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after our cut-off hour or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day that we are open.

We may delay the availability of funds from certain types of deposits to your account. There are exceptions that may apply in certain circumstances (e.g., if you have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the last six months or there is an emergency). During the delay, you may not withdraw funds and may not use the funds. We will notify you if we delay the availability of your funds, and we will tell you when you can expect your funds to be available. We may delay fund availability for any reason permitted under applicable law.
