What is Airwallex's Global Growth Grant?
Airwallex's Global Growth Grant is a pool of funds we have allocated to give two New Zealand-based business owners, founders or executives, the chance to attend a global conference of their choosing. It's aimed at facilitating global professional development to bring the brightest ideas back to New Zealand.
How will winners be selected?
Grant recipients will be selected by an Airwallex panel of judges. The grant will be awarded based on the individual merit of each submission. Judging criteria will include, but not be limited to, the creativity of response, business value of attending a conference and overall merit of the application.
How many times can I enter?
You can submit as many entries as you like, however, only your last entry will be judged. We'd recommend submitting one well-composed entry that clearly answers the question.
What are the grants and how many recipients will there be?
There are two Airwallex Global Growth Grants available, with a value of NZD $5,000 each. The total grant pool is NZD $10,000.
The grant funds are to be used towards the purchase of conference tickets and associated travel and accommodation costs.
How long do recipients have to claim their grant?
Grant recipients will have five working days from the date of notification to respond to the Promoter's email and claim their grant. If no response is received within this time frame, the grant may be forfeited and another recipient selected.
Can I participate if I'm an employee of Airwallex or its Promotional Partners?
No, employees (including their immediate family) of the Promoter or related companies are ineligible to enter.
These Grants are open to all non-customers and customers of Airwallex, who are legal residents within New Zealand.
