View connected accounts
Find a connected account or a list of connected accounts based on your search criteria.
View accounts
The Connected Accounts list page provides multiple ways to view your connected accounts. All accounts are displayed on this page, and you can filter by account status or other attributes. To find a specific connected account, you can search by account name or other criteria.
You can also customise the columns displayed by clicking the Settings button.
You can download a CSV list of accounts (a maximum of 10,000 records at a time) by clicking the Export button.
Account status badges
Account status badges provide a quick way to understand the overall status of an account.
STATUS | MEANING | NEXT STEPS |
---|---|---|
Pending | The account has been created, but not yet activated. | Click into ‘Account detail - Profile tab’ and check the account status details for more information and required actions. |
Active | The account is in good standing, though additional information might be required during ongoing KYC review or for specific transactions. | Check if there is any RFI requiring a response, otherwise no action is needed. |
Frozen | The account is temporarily frozen due to risk or other reasons. Frozen accounts cannot transact. | Contact Airwallex if you think it is frozen mistakenly. |
Dormant | The account has no transaction activity for a long period of time. Subsequent transactions from this account will undergo risk review. | Contact the customer to understand more. |
Closed | The account is closed by your request, or by Airwallex. | No action needed. |
Rejected | The account was unable to be onboarded by Airwallex. | Contact Airwallex to learn more about the case. |
View details of a single account
By clicking on the row of an account in the Accounts list, you can view the details of this specific account. You can navigate between tabs to view different information about the account.
In the Balances tab, you can view balance details, balance history and balance activities.
In the Profile tab, you can view account onboarding information and account status details.
Account status details
Status details give you more insight about the progress of account onboarding (Know Your Customer or 'KYC') and help you identify accounts that need additional information.

Awaiting KYC submission | KYC information has not been submitted to Airwallex. | Follow up with the connected account to submit KYC information to Airwallex. |
KYC RFI requires response | Airwallex needs more information to proceed. | Provide required information in Console or via API. |
KYC submission in review | Application has been submitted and is under review by Airwallex. | Wait for Airwallex response. |
Awaiting terms agreement | The account has not agreed to the Airwallex terms and conditions. | Provide the agreement to Airwallex via API or the embedded KYC component. |
Awaiting permission confirmation | Permission approval from the connected account is required for account activation. | Ask the connected account to accept the permission request in the Airwallex web app login consent page (for PBA customers) or via embedded KYC component. |
