Manage all RFIs in a centralised place
The RFI Centre provides a centralised view of all supported RFIs for all your connected accounts. You can proactively monitor the RFI status and use the filter function to narrow down the RFI results for further actions.
RFI status badges
STATUS | MEANING | NEXT STEPS |
---|---|---|
Response required | The RFI requires a response from the platform or the connected account. | Provide required information in Console or via API. |
In review | The RFI has been answered by the platform or the connected account, pending review from Airwallex. | Wait for Airwallex response. |
Review completed | Airwallex has completed the review for the RFI and closed it. | Check if the account or transaction is running smoothly. |
Expired | The RFI has expired (usually for transaction RFI with a due date). | Initiate the transaction again if needed. |
Receive email notifications for new RFIs
When Airwallex requests additional information for a connected account, an email will be sent to the email addresses based on your platform settings. If you want to opt in or opt out of RFI email notifications, contact your Airwallex Account Manager to make the change.
Respond to KYC RFI
Airwallex might request additional information (RFI) to successfully complete the activation of new accounts or ongoing review of existing accounts.
If you already have the required information, you can submit it on behalf of your connected accounts in the Console.
KYC RFI handling through Connected Account Console is only applicable to business accounts. For individual accounts, you can use other options to manage KYC RFIs.
Respond to Transaction RFI
Airwallex might request additional information (RFI) to properly assess the risk associated with a transaction.
If you already have the required information, you can submit it on behalf of your connected accounts in the Console.
