RFI (Request for Information)
As part of reviewing customer profiles and activity, Airwallex may request additional information about an account or transaction by raising a Request for Information (RFI). The RFI may contain one or more follow up questions if more clarification is needed.
You can use Airwallex's RFI API endpoints to build your own tailored experience for users to handle requests for information (RFI). This can be used directly for RFIs related to your own account, or RFIs related to your connected accounts (using the x-on-behalf-of
header).
Choose one or more from the following supported RFI types:
- KYC RFI used to request information on connected accounts for successful account activation. See Handle KYC RFI.
- Cardholder RFI used to request information on cardholders for successful cardholder activation. See Handle Cardholder RFI.
- Transaction RFI used to request information on transactions for risk assessment. See Handle Transaction RFI.
