These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) set out the terms and conditions of your participation in the Airwallex Card Launch Promotion (the “Promotion”) operated by Airwallex US, LLC (“Airwallex”, “us”, “our” or “we”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Airwallex Platform Terms (the “Platform Terms”, available at https://www.airwallex.com/us/terms/airwallex-platform-terms) and the Community Financial Services Bank Cardholder Terms (Commercial) - United States (the “Cardholder Agreement”, available at https://www.airwallex.com/us/terms), which, along with other terms and conditions between you and Airwallex, govern the use of the Airwallex platform and Airwallex payment cards.

Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion?

The Promotion is available to new customers of Airwallex globally - domiciled anywhere.

What is the Promotion?

Eligible Airwallex customers (“customers” or “you”) that make at least USD $3,000 in eligible purchases on your Airwallex Borderless Card within 60 days of the initial card issuance (the “Minimum Spend Requirement”) will receive a $300 statement credit to the corresponding Wallet (the “$300 Statement Credit”).

In addition, customers that satisfy the Minimum Purchase Requirement will receive a reimbursement (the “FX Fee Credit”) of the standard customer mark-up/margin fees accrued and charged by Airwallex up to the first USD $50,000 (or equivalent) of spot FX conversions (the “FX Conversion Maximum”) that they make using the Airwallex FX service for the corresponding Airwallex account within the first 30 days after satisfying the Minimum Spend Requirement (the “FX Promotional Period”).

When will you receive the $300 Statement Credit?

The $300 Statement Credit will appear in your Wallet within 30 days after the last day of the calendar month in which you achieve the Minimum Spend Requirement.

When will you receive the FX Cashback Credit?

The FX Fee Credit will appear in your Wallet within 30 days after the last day of the calendar month in which the FX Promotional Period expires. Airwallex’s standard rates for spot FX conversions will apply after the earlier of the FX Promotional Period and the date on which the FX Conversion Maximum is reached.

How will Airwallex calculate the FX Conversion Maximum?

The FX Conversion Maximum is based on the amount of the sold currency (as opposed to the purchased currency) converted during the FX Promotional Period. For example, if you effect a conversion on the Airwallex Platform from EUR to USD, Airwallex will use the USD equivalent amount of the EUR in determining whether the FX Conversion Maximum is reached. .

What are some other restrictions you should know about?

Cashback rates vary by country/region ranging from 0-1%. You may not use any other promotions, discounts or offers from us in conjunction with the Promotion, unless specified by Airwallex. The Promotion does not extend to any customer mark-up/margin or other mark-up/margin that may be applicable in connection with customers approved to make FX Conversions through a Lock FX or Forward Contract (as applicable). The $300 Statement Credit or FX Fee Credit may be reversed if corresponding card or FX transactions, respectively, are declined or unauthorized, fall outside of the permitted uses set forth by us or our applicable partners (as may be set forth in their respective terms and conditions), or are cancelled, suspended, frozen, charged back, reversed or refunded, or if you breach these Terms or any other terms or conditions applicable to your use of your Airwallex Borderless Card, your Wallet or Airwallex Account, or the Airwallex Platform (whether with Airwallex or one or more of its partners). Each Airwallex Borderless Card account shall be limited to one $300 Statement Credit and one FX Fee Credit, even if multiple cards are issued there under.

Termination and changes

The Promotion expires on December 31, 2022, 23:59 PST unless extended or shortened by Airwallex. Your participation in the Promotion is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time in Airwallex’s sole discretion in accordance with these Terms.

Airwallex, acting reasonably, may at any time and without prior notice, cancel, suspend, or change the Promotion or any part of it where it becomes necessary to do so. For example, if we determine that the Promotion is no longer commercially feasible or because it may violate any applicable laws or regulations. Such discontinuation, suspension or change will not affect any statement credits already earned.

Further, Airwallex reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or cancel offering the Promotion to you if we suspect that you are using the Promotion, the Airwallex Platform or your Airwallex Borderless Card in a fraudulent or unlawful manner or for a fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

If Airwallex reasonably believes a change to any part of the Promotion will have a detrimental impact on you, Airwallex will provide you with 14 days’ notice of such change, at our sole discretion:

• via the Airwallex website;

• via the Airwallex Webapp;

• by direct electronic communications sent to you.

Any personal information that you provide to us will be used in accordance with the Platform Terms, the Cardholder Agreement and the privacy policies available at https://www.airwallex.com/us/terms/privacy-policy and https://www.cfsb.com/privacy/, as applicable.
