May release notes: Optimise your checkout for global success
This month, we’ve made improvements to our UI so you can keep on top of your financial data easily. Read on to find out more!
Improvements 🎨
Customise approval workflows to ensure efficiency and security ✅ ✅
You can now update your transfer approval workflows to suit your business. You might decide that transfers over $100 need approval from your CFO whilst transfers under $100 need manager approval only. Customise workflows your way to ensure your business runs smoothly.
Quickly access and analyse expense data 📊
Export your expense data from Airwallex as a CSV file and quickly access, manipulate and analyse your transaction data.
If you use Xero or QuickBooks, your expense data will be automatically synced with your accounting software. If you use another provider, you can download the data and import it manually.
View card contacts at a glance 🗂️
We’re constantly working to improve our user experience. This month, we’ve updated our interface so that you can quickly see who the assigned card contacts are for each of your Company Cards. Head to the Cards tab on the Airwallex app to see the update.
Upcoming arrivals 🧳
Customisable Employee Cards 💳
You’ll soon be able to print your business’ name on your Airwallex Employee Cards, for an even slicker look. And you’ll also be able to provide us with a delivery address so that we can send you a replacement card instantly when your card expires or becomes lost, stolen or damaged.
Even better transfer success rates 💯
Our payout success rate is 99%, but we want to do even better. We’re improving our validation capabilities to ensure an even better success rate across currencies and countries.
That’s it for our May release round-up. We hope these improvements help you propel your business to new heights.
