TruTrip x Airwallex Cashback Campaign Promotion Terms:

1. These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) set out the terms and conditions of your (‘you’ or ‘your’) participation in the Airwallex x TruTrip Cashback Campaign operated by Airwallex (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (‘Airwallex’) and TruTrip Pte Ltd (‘TruTrip’) (‘Promotion’). The Promotion allows you to receive a Cashback (defined in clause 6 below) from Airwallex into your Airwallex Account, subject to your eligibility under, and compliance with, these Terms.

2. By participating in the Promotion and/or receiving a Cashback, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion

3. You are eligible to participate in the Promotion and become an “Eligible Customer” if all of the following requirements are satisfied:

   a. You have enrolled in the Promotion through the dedicated page for the Promotion via this link: https://www.airwallex.com/sg/partner/trutrip during the Promotion Period (as defined below);

   b. You have signed up as a new customer of Airwallex and you have been onboarded by Airwallex following satisfaction of all requirements from Airwallex (including the onboarding Know Your Customers (KYC) requests) during the Promotion Period;

   c. You are a company incorporated in Singapore with a valid business registration certificate; and

   d. You are not an existing customer of Airwallex’s and/or its affiliates at the time of enrolling in the Promotion.

4. Airwallex and TruTrip reserves the right to refuse any Eligible Customers their participation in the Promotion for any reason and without any prior notice.

What is the Promotion Period?

5. Subject to these Terms, the Promotion commences at 00:01 SGT on 27 December 2024 and ends at 23:59 SGT on 31 December 2025 (‘Promotion Period’), unless extended or shortened by Airwallex.

What is Cashback?

6. Airwallex offers a cashback program to reward you for using your Airwallex Card / or make an eligible FX Conversion during the Promotion Period. Here's how it works:

Spending:

Initial 90 Days Cashback Reward:

a. During the first 90 days following the date of successful completion and passing of the Airwallex Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements (“Date of Successful Onboarding”), the Cardholder shall be eligible to receive a cashback reward equivalent to 1% of the aggregate value of Eligible Transactions (defined in Clause 7 and 8 below) made using the Airwallex Card during the Promotion Period .

b. Should the aggregate value of Eligible Transactions made within the initial 90 day period after the Date of Successful Onboarding exceeds SGD $50,000, the Cardholder shall be entitled to receive the greater of: (a) one percent (1%) of the aggregate value of all Eligible Transactions made using the Airwallex Card during the Promotion Period or (b) SGD $750.

Post 90 Days Cashback Reward:

c. After the first 90 days, you'll continue to earn 1% cashback on all Eligible Transactions made using the Airwallex Card during the Promotion Period .

FX Conversions:

Initial 90 Days Cashback Reward:

a. During the first 90 days following the Date of Successful Onboarding, you'll receive a one-time SGD $750 cashback if you make FX conversions (as defined in and pursuant to the Treasury Management terms) totaling SGD $50,000 or more during the Promotion Period.

NOTE: For avoidance of doubt, in order to qualify for the cashback reward, the Eligible Transactions and / or FX Conversions must occur during the Promotion Period. If the 90-day period following the Date of Successful Onboarding extends beyond the Promotion Period, any Eligible Transactions and/ or FX Conversions made after the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the cashback reward, regardless of whether they occur within the first 90 days.

What is an Eligible Transaction?

7. “Eligible Transaction” means a domestic or international transaction using the Airwallex Card, excluding any Excluded Transactions defined in Clause 8 below.

8. “Excluded Transactions” means any transactions made by you using the Airwallex Card in respect of the following merchant categories:

• Charities and Social Service Organizations
• Tax Payments
• Government Services (Not Elsewhere Classified)
• Political Organizations
• Religious Organizations
• Fines
• U.S. Federal Government Agencies or Departments
• Court Costs, Including Alimony and Child Support
• Postal Services – Government Only
• Miscellaneous Food Stores – Convenience Stores and Specialty Markets
• Insurance Sales, Underwriting, and Premiums
• Direct Marketing – Insurance Services
• Fast Food Restaurants
• Grocery Stores, Supermarkets
• Furniture, Home Furnishings, Equipment Stores, Except Appliances
• Parking Lots, Parking Meters and Garages
• Movie Theaters, Motion Picture Theaters
• Cable, Satellite and Other Pay Television/Radio/Streaming Services
• Ticket Agencies
• Real Estate Agents and Managers
• Colleges, Universities, Professional Schools, and Junior Colleges
• Elementary and Secondary Schools
• Correspondence Schools
• Business and Secretarial Schools
• Vocational and Trade Schools
• Schools and Educational Services (Not Elsewhere Classified)
• Financial Institutions
• Security Brokers/Dealers
• Wires, Money Orders
• Quasi Cash - Financial Institutions, Merchandise, and Services
• Non-Financial Institutions – Foreign Currency, Liquid and Cryptocurrency Assets (for example: Cryptocurrency), Money Orders (Not Money Transfer), Account Funding (not Stored Value Load), Travelers Cheques, and Debt Repayment
• Non-Financial Institutions – Stored Value Card Purchase/Load
• Transportation Services, Commuter Transport, Ferries
• Utilities
• Petroleum and Petroleum Products
• Hospitals
• Professional Services
• Any other category of transactions which Airwallex may exclude from time to time

9. Airwallex, acting reasonably, may at any time and without prior notice to you, disqualify a transaction as an Eligible Transaction where it becomes necessary to do so (for instance, in accordance with our terms and policies, including Airwallex’s Acceptable Use Policy, which is available here: https://www.airwallex.com/sg/terms/acceptable-use-policy).

How is the Cashback calculated for international transactions?

10. For international transactions, the Cashback will be calculated in the transaction currency. If the transaction currency is not the same as your billing currency, the Cashback will be converted at the prevailing FX Exchange Rate (as defined in our Treasury Management Terms) into your billing currency on the last date of the relevant month when the international transactions took place, before it is credited to your account.

When will you receive the Cashback?

11. Any Cashback that you are entitled to pursuant to these Terms will be credited to your Airwallex account in SGD currency, within 30 days from the start of the next calendar month following the Eligible Transaction or the eligible FX Conversion (as the case may be):

12. You will not be entitled to the Cashback if:

(a) You close your Airwallex account before the Cashback has been credited; or

(b) Your Airwallex account is not in good standing.

Does it cost to participate in the Promotion?

13. Airwallex does not charge you to participate in the Promotion.

14. Airwallex and TruTrip accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from your receipt of a Cashback. You should seek independent financial advice on any potential tax impacts of this Promotion on you.

What are some other restrictions you should know?

15. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with you, Cashbacks in connection with the Promotion cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or money, or be used in conjunction with any other discount, package, promotions, offers or discounted items. We reserve the right (in our absolute discretion) to reverse any Cashback that has been credited to you, if any Eligible Transactions are subsequently cancelled, suspended, frozen or refunded in accordance with our terms and policies.

Termination and changes

16. You acknowledge and agree that your participation in the Promotion is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time in Airwallex’s sole discretion in accordance with these Terms.

17. Airwallex and TruTrip may at any time and without prior notice, cancel, suspend, or change the Promotion where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (for example, if we determine that the Promotion is no longer commercially feasible or because it may violate any applicable law). However, such discontinuation, suspension or change will not affect any Cashback that you have already validly earned as at the time of such discontinuation, suspension or change in accordance with these Terms.

18. Further, Airwallex reserves the right, at our sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to disqualify you from participating in the Promotion if we suspect that you are using (or enabling another entity to use) the Promotion in a fraudulent or unlawful manner or for a fraudulent or unlawful purpose, or if you are in breach of any of these Terms or any other terms and conditions that you have agreed to with Airwallex, and cancel, suspend, or change these Terms as appropriate to mitigate against further occurrences of such fraudulent or unlawful conduct.

19. If Airwallex reasonably believes that a change to any part of the Promotion will have a detrimental impact on you, Airwallex will provide you with fourteen (14) days’ notice of such change. You acknowledge and agree that such notice may be given to you:

    a. via the Airwallex website;

    b. via the Airwallex Webapp; and/or

    c. by direct electronic communications sent to your nominated electronic mailing address.

Privacy

20. Any personal information that you disclose to us in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.airwallex.com/terms/privacy-policy).

21. By participating in the Promotion, you expressly consent that any personal information that you provide, may be shared between Airwallex and TruTrip for purposes of the Promotion and all related administrative actions in connection therewith.
