Platform APIs and Embedded Finance
Streamline fraud feedback with our new API ⚙️
The Fraud Feedback API enables businesses to give real-time fraud feedback on card transactions. By sharing feedback on transaction classifications, businesses contribute to more accurate fraud detection, tailored to their specific transaction patterns. This reduces the wait time for fraud-related transaction resolution, allowing for quicker retries and minimising potential transaction volume loss.
For more details, visit our product documentation on providing fraud feedback as well as our fraud feedback API documentation.
Simplify transaction management with lifecycle ID for issuing transactions 🏷️
We’ve introduced a new lifecycle_id to help platform customers better group and link related transactions, especially when dealing with complex transaction patterns such as incremental authorisations or multi-captures. This unique ID allows for easy identification of transactions within the same lifecycle, providing better tracking and management. The lifecycle_id is available on our existing endpoints and is ready for immediate use, enabling customers to more efficiently manage their issuing transactions.

Block unwanted transactions with advanced card controls 💳
We’ve introduced a new feature for our API customers: blocked transaction usages. This functionality lets users block specific transaction types and usage scopes, giving them greater control over card activity to meet business and security needs. Key benefits include:
Customisable transaction & usage scopes: define specific transaction types (e.g., ATM withdrawals, online purchases, bill payments) and usage regions (e.g., domestic, international) to control card activity at a granular level.
Flexibility at the fingertips: adjust card controls both during card creation and anytime thereafter through our easy-to-use API endpoints.
