HK | BBCIncorp x Airwallex US$260 Cash Rebate Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. The BBCIncorp x AIRWALLEX Cash Rebate Campaign (the “Promotion”) is provided by Partner Full Company Name (“ BBCIncorp ”) and Airwallex (Hong Kong) Limited (“Airwallex”). By participating in the Promotion by registering via this link: https://www.airwallex.com/hk/partner/2k_bbcincorp and/or receiving the Rebate (as defined below), this indicates you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  2. You are eligible to participate in the Promotion and become an “Eligible Customer” if all of the following requirements are satisfied:

a. You have enrolled in the Promotion through the dedicated page for the Promotion via this link: https://www.airwallex.com/hk/partner/2k_bbcincorp (“Form”) during the Promotion Period (as defined below);

b. You are a valid client of BBCIncorp ;

c. At the time of your enrollment in the Promotion, you are not an existing customer of Airwallex and / or its affiliates (collectively the “Airwallex Group”) and you have not, at any time previous to your enrollment in the Promotion, been a customer of the Airwallex Group;

d. You have signed up as a new customer of Airwallex upon being successfully onboarded by Airwallex following satisfaction of all requirements from Airwallex (including the onboarding know-your-customers requests) (“Onboarding”);

e. You transact a minimum total amount of US$10,000 of valid and completed FX Conversion or US$2,000 of Airwallex Borderless Card payments within 30 calendar days immediately after the date of your Onboarding with Airwallex (the “Transaction Requirement”);

f. You are a company incorporated in Hong Kong with a valid business registration certificate.

BBCIncorp and Airwallex reserve the right to refuse any Eligible Customers their participation in the Promotion for any reason and without any prior notice.

  1. An Eligible Customer is entitled to a one-time fixed US$260 cash rebate from BBCIncorp (the “Rebate”).

  2. This Promotion commences on 15 April 2024 and ends on 31 July 2024 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

  3. The Rebate will be credited no later than 60 calendar days immediately following the month in which the Transaction Requirement is satisfied.

  4. The Rebate will be credited to your BBCIncorp account.

  5. The Rebate is subject to applicable agreements between you and BBCIncorp.

  6. The relevant Rebate is not redeemable for cash, for resale and no refund or exchange is permitted (except as required by applicable laws).

  7. During the Promotion Period, in case of any fraud, abuse, reversal, cancellation or chargeback of transactions in respect of which the Rebate is awarded, Airwallex reserves the right to debit the Rebate from the Eligible Customer’s Airwallex account without prior notice.

  8. The Rebate cannot be earned in conjunction with other offers, packages or promotions as may be launched by Airwallex from time to time, unless specified by Airwallex. The Rebate cannot be transferred to third parties or other accounts, or exchanged for any other gifts, returned or exchanged for other products with respect to Airwallex.

  9. BBCIncorp reserves the right to amend, and/or vary any of these Terms and Airwallex reserves the right to amend and/or vary any arrangement of this Promotion, and/or limit, suspend, cancel, and/or terminate the Promotion, without notice and without any liability. Should any disputes arise, the decision of BBCIncorp and Airwallex shall be final and conclusive.

  10. By participating in the Promotion, you expressly consent that any personal information that you provide, may be shared between BBCIncorp and Airwallex for purposes of the Promotion and all related administrative actions in connection therewith.

  11. These Terms are governed by the law of Hong Kong. In case of any dispute, BBCIncorp reserves the right of final decision.

  12. No person other than the Eligible Customer and BBCIncorp (includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms.
