Financial reports

Airwallex provides three financial reports to meet your different reporting needs. Financial reports can be downloaded from the Reports tab on the web app or using the Financial Reports API resources API.

Reporting scenarioRecommended reportDescription
View and reconcile all changes in your account balance in a given period.Balance activity reportA record of every settled wallet transaction. Used to track running Account balances across currencies. See Balance activity report for more details.
View and reconcile all transactions based on when the transaction was created.Transaction reconciliation reportA record of each financial transaction in your account. The report is intended to assist you to reconcile your Airwallex transactions to your own records. See Transaction reconciliation report for more details.
Retaining a record of account information and transaction activity, or sharing this information with others.Account statement reportAn official statement for a given currency, providing a transaction history and key financial information such as minimum and maximum balance.
