These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) set out the terms and conditions of your participation in the Airwallex Cashback Promotion (the “Promotion”) operated by Airwallex US, LLC (“Airwallex”, “us”, “our” or “we”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Airwallex Platform Terms (the “Platform Terms”, available at https://www.airwallex.com/us/terms/airwallex-platform-terms) and the Community Financial Services Bank Cardholder Terms (Commercial) - United States (the “Cardholder Agreement”, available at https://www.airwallex.com/us/terms), which, along with other terms and conditions between you and Airwallex, govern the use of the Airwallex platform and Airwallex payment cards.

By participating in the Airwallex Card Cashback Program or receiving Cashback, you agree to these Terms.

Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion?

The Promotion is available to new customers of Airwallex domiciled anywhere globally.

What is the Promotion?

Cashback rates vary by country/region ranging from 0-1%. Eligible Airwallex customers (“customers” or “you”) who are approved for and issued an Airwallex Borderless Card will receive an amount credited to your Wallet equal to 1% of your eligible domestic U.S. purchase volume using your Airwallex Card for each calendar month in USD (the “Cashback Credit”). For example, if you complete $10,000 in eligible domestic purchases on your Airwallex Borderless Card during a particular month, you will receive a Cashback Credit of $100.

When will you receive the Cashback?

The Cashback Credit will appear in your Wallet within 30 days after the last day of the calendar month in which corresponding transactions are completed.

What are some other restrictions you should know?

You may not use any other promotions, discounts or offers from us in conjunction with the Promotion, unless specified by Airwallex. Cashback Credit may be reversed if corresponding card transactions are declined or unauthorized, fall outside of the permitted uses set forth by us or our applicable partners (as may be set forth in their respective terms and conditions), or are cancelled, suspended, frozen, charged back, reversed or refunded, or if you breach these Terms or any other terms or conditions applicable to your use of your Airwallex Borderless Card, your Wallet or Airwallex Account, or the Airwallex Platform (whether with Airwallex or one or more of its partners). Each Airwallex Borderless Card account shall be limited to one Cashback Credit for each month, even if multiple cards are issued thereunder.

Termination and changes

Your participation in the Promotion is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time in Airwallex’s sole discretion in accordance with these Terms.

Airwallex, acting reasonably, may at any time and without prior notice, cancel, suspend, or change the Promotion or any part of it where it becomes necessary to do so. For example, if we determine that the Promotion is no longer commercially feasible or because it may violate any applicable laws or regulations. Such discontinuation, suspension or change will not affect any statement credits already earned.

Further, Airwallex reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or cancel offering the Promotion to you if we suspect that you are using the Promotion, the Airwallex Platform or your Airwallex Borderless Card in a fraudulent or unlawful manner or for a fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

If Airwallex reasonably believes a change to any part of the Promotion will have a detrimental impact on you, Airwallex will provide you with 14 days’ notice of such change, at our sole discretion:

• via the Airwallex website;

• via the Airwallex Webapp;

• by direct electronic communications sent to you.

Privacy & Security

Any personal information that you provide to us will be used in accordance with the Platform Terms, the Cardholder Agreement and the privacy policies available at https://www.airwallex.com/us/terms/privacy-policy and https://www.cfsb.com/privacy/, as applicable.
