Introducing Reimbursements

We're excited to announce the launch of Airwallex Reimbursements, a solution designed to streamline your global expense management process further. Airwallex customers can now manage all their global business expenses in one place including reimbursing employees for out-of-pocket expenses.

Say goodbye to manual and fragmented reimbursement processes and ensure your employees are reimbursed quickly in 110+ countries.

Businesses can pay out reimbursements to employees’ local bank accounts, irrespective of the currency in which expenses were incurred.

  • Employees can submit out-of-pocket expenses for reimbursement via the Airwallex app.

  • Submissions are routed through customisable, multi-layer approval workflows.

  • Automatically sync expenses back to your accounting software (Netsuite and Xero) to save time on reconciliation.

Simply log into your Airwallex account and ‘Get Started’ under the Expenses tab with the option to activate Reimbursements

Canadian Customers: Create virtual employee and company cards with a click
