Ready to celebrate your leadership journey or recognise a deserving leader in your life? Simply fill out the nomination form and share how your nominee embodies the Olympic spirit. Competition closes 21 June at 12:00 BST.

Our panel of judges will review all nominations and select the 5 most deserving winners based on how strongly they appear to demonstrate the Olympic spirit. We're committed to ensuring a fair and transparent selection process, where every nominee has an equal chance to win.
The prizes
5 winners will travel to the Olympic Games and will be added to the UK Step Changers 2024 list by Airwallex. A further 15 winners will be selected to join the UK Step Changers 2024 list by Airwallex.

5 chosen winners, along with one guest each, will pack their bags and head to Paris from 8-10 August 2024.

What is the prize package for the competition?
The winners of the competition will be announced by 25 June 2024 at 12:00 BST. If you are chosen as one of the 5 winners you will receive, tickets to the Olympic Games Paris 2024 for 2 people 8 - 10 August 2024 to see two sporting events, return trip to Paris from the UK, stay in Executive Accommodation, amenities up to $400 value, Paris Tourist Passes, Visa Concierge and support staff on-site in Paris, a place in the UK Step Changers 2024 list by Airwallex, launching later in 2024, and a selection of Airwallex and Visa Merchandise.
A further 15 lucky winners who miss out on the full prize package will also be included in the UK Step Changers 2024 list by Airwallex, launching later in 2024 and receive signed Visa x Olympic merchandise.

Can I nominate multiple individuals for the competition?
Yes, you can submit nominations for multiple individuals who you believe deserve recognition for their leadership and accomplishments. You’ll need to submit a separate entry for each nomination.
How will the winners be selected?
Winners will be selected based on the strength of their nominations and their demonstration of the Olympic spirit. A panel of judges will review all nominations and select the most deserving candidate for the prize package.
When is the deadline to submit nominations?

Is there any cost to participate in the competition?
No, participation in the competition is completely free of charge. There are no entry fees or purchase requirements to nominate yourself or someone else for the prize package.

Accommodation and transport between the UK and Paris is included.
How will the winners be notified?
Winners will be notified via email within a specified timeframe after the judging process is completed. Be sure to provide accurate contact information when submitting nominations to ensure timely communication.
Is there a restriction on who the winner can invite?
Each of the 5 winners will receive a pair of tickets for two sporting events at the Olympic Games. The additional guests accompanying each winner will need to provide their email addresses. The tickets provide access to world-class sporting events and are a valuable opportunity to network and engage with industry professionals.
Is there a limit to the number of entries allowed for the competition?
There is no limit to the number of nominations that can be submitted for the competition. Feel free to nominate as many deserving individuals as you like!
