It’s the end of the first quarter, time to take stock of what’s working and what needs ramping when it comes to your growth strategy.

Global expansion presents a core growth lever that businesses can use to gain thousands of additional customers. That’s why this month we’ve added even more local payment options to our Payments feature, so you can remove any friction from your checkout and gain more sales globally.

Improvements 🎨

Build a frictionless global checkout today 🛒

If you want to convert more global customers, it’s important that you offer the payment methods they know and trust. After all, a whopping 20% of online shoppers who abandon their basket do so because their preferred payment method isn’t available.

With Airwallex, you can offer 160+ local payment methods to your customers. And this month, we’ve added two more: FPS and Atome.

FPS is a payment service which allows Hong Kong residents to make quick and easy domestic payments. Merchants accepting FPS as a payment method benefit from easy reconciliation, cost savings, faster settlement schedule and non-disputes.

Atome is the leading Buy Now Pay Later brand in the SEA region with a 20M+ user base. Their service is available in 10 markets across Southeast Asia and Greater China. With Atome, the shopper can split the purchase into 3 interest-free installments while the merchants are settled in full, upfront.

Talk to your Airwallex Account Manager about accepting FPS and Atome payments online today.

We’re making expense management even easier 💳

Your employees can now submit expenses from Company Cards, even if they’re not a Company Card admin. As long as an employee is added as a card contact, they will be able to submit the expense for approval.

Say, for example, your Marketing Executive needs to pay for some online advertising on your Airwallex Company Card. They can now make the payment and submit the expense in a few clicks through the Airwallex app. It’s another way you can free up time for your team and make expense management easy.

Upcoming arrivals 🧳

QuickBooks integration ⚡

Do you use QuickBooks to manage your accounts? Then we have some good news! We’ll soon be launching our QuickBooks Expenses integration. Once live, you’ll be able to automatically sync your card transactions and expense data with your chart of accounts. So you can close your books faster each month, and spend more time growing your business. For more information, reach out to your account manager.

That’s it for this month's releases. We’ll keep tuning the engine and building features that help you turn wasted hours into future business growth.
