1. No Provision of Services

1.1 Airwallex provides services to its customers enabling them to make payments to third parties. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you may be asked to submit your payment details, such as your address and bank details, directly through an online portal or via a platform provided by a customer of Airwallex to enable payments to be made to you by Airwallex’s customers.

1.2 In offering this payout solution to its customers, Airwallex does not provide you with any services, including payment services. Airwallex will facilitate the transfer of funds to you based on instructions from its customer and using the information that you have provided.

1.3 You may have a separate agreement with Airwallex’s customer regarding payment for goods or services provided. For any questions regarding the status of funds sent to you, please contact the relevant Airwallex customer directly.

2. Provision of Payment Information

You agree that you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the payment details you provide to enable you to receive a payment from Airwallex’s customer. We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to provide correct information.

3. No Safeguarding of Funds

Airwallex acts solely as an agent and on behalf of its customer in executing payout instructions and remitting funds from the customer to its designated payee. As the agent for its customer, any funds held by Airwallex are not considered stored value or equivalent owned by you; they remain the property of Airwallex’s customer until such funds are received by you through your chosen payout method.

4. Information Portal

Airwallex/ Airwallex’s customers may provide you access to an information portal allowing you to view the status of payments made to you by Airwallex’s customers. Separate terms may apply when you access this portal, which will be provided by Airwallex/ Airwallex’s customer.

5. Data Protection

Your data, including your payment details, will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available here.
