Handle disputes
If a purchase transaction on your card appears fraudulent or suspicious, you can dispute the transaction. Contact your account manager or email [email protected] to initiate the dispute process, and we can work with you on a custom, automated dispute workflow based on your requirements.
Airwallex will use the information that you provide and create a dispute request with Visa. The purchase amount is reversed while the dispute process takes place. If the dispute is upheld, this amount is credited back to your account.
