Improve efficiency and reduce friction in onboarding new clients with an optimized workflow for channel partners, eliminating repetitive tasks and empowering partners to scale without added complexity.
We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of an enhanced workflow for channel partners. This new workflow simplifies the process and eliminates previous challenges with incorporating businesses and opening bank accounts on behalf of clients.
With the new workflow, channel partners are empowered to onboard clients more effectively and reduce friction in the process. Changes include:
Unique web app login: Channel partners will now have their own Airwallex web app login.
Account switcher functionality: Using the account switcher, channel partners can easily refer subsequent clients without needing to create a new email address or resubmit their personal ID.
Streamlined account handover to clients: The process of handing over accounts to the client once they’ve passed KYC will be significantly faster and more secure.
Stay tuned for updates as we continue to optimize and enhance the partner experience.
