Release notes: Personalised cards and simpler reconciliation
This month, we’ve made managing company expenses even slicker, with personalized Employee Cards and additional accounting software integrations. We also have an exciting release on the horizon which will make paying and reconciling your invoices much simpler. Read on to learn more!
New features 🎉
Personalized Employee Cards 💳
Our Employee Cards will now be issued with your company name, as well as your employee’s name, printed on the back of the card. If you’d like to review or update how your company name appears, simply visit the Card Settings page in the Airwallex app.
Sync Airwallex transactions with Sage or Odoo 🔃
We’ve added Sage and Odoo to our list of accounting software integrations. Sync Airwallex with your accounting software and all transactions will automatically update in your chart of accounts, so you can close your books faster each month. Airwallex also supports Xero and NetSuite.
Customers using unsupported accounting software can import their accounting data to Airwallex, code expenses, and export the data easily.
Greater oversight of transfer failure ⚠️
It’s rare for an Airwallex transfer to fail, but in the unlikely event that it does, you’ll now receive a notification in the Airwallex app informing you of the reason why. For example, you’ll be told if your recipient’s account number or SWIFT code is invalid. This will help you quickly fix any issues, and ensure future payments go out without a hitch.
Upcoming arrivals 🧳
Manage and pay your invoices easily, with Bill Pay 🧾
We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of Bill Pay - an easier way to manage and pay your invoices.
With Bill Pay, you’ll be able to manage each step of paying a bill within the Airwallex platform. From uploading the invoice, to approving and sending the payment. And all data will be automatically synced with your accounting software.
That’s it for our release round-up. We hope these updates help you on your journey towards global growth.
